“For the bad .. That there is walking involved. If you have mobility issues or can't walk for a distance this isn't for you. Tour people need to have proper pickup points. We had to wait in a sketchy part of Milan at 6am. They should've had one local point to meet for all passengers like at Milano Visitor Center where Zani business is at. Don't have to meet at 6am as we didn't leave for the actual tour until after 8am. Waste of time. “I very much enjoyed the tour. The cathedral looks incredible from the outside but upon stepping inside the massive scale of it is almost overwhelming. It’s ridiculously big inside. Our guide Eddie did a fantastic job of educating us on gothic architecture, the type of marble used, and from where it was sourced. Going up on the roof was also enjoyable, with great views of the surrounding area and the Milano skyline. Unfortunately it was a rainy day so we were unable to see the Alps. Overall it was definitely worthwhile.”
