I’ve done boat tours all over the world with Viator and this was the most disappointing. The captain didn’t offer to take any photos of us (which is very common practice). The prosecco was warm and we were not offered water.”

We had informed the company in advance that we would be arriving late, and they assured us it wouldn’t be a problem - the time missed would simply be removed from the tour. However, when we got to the meeting point (albeit a bit late), the tour guide simply didn’t show up! To make matters worse, we actually saw them leaving with another group for a tour while we were waiting. When we called the company, they kept saying the guide would be there in 15 minutes, but that never happened.…”
